82nd Annual American Royal Parade

The parade will be on September 29, 2007 at 10AM. It will be near the convention center downtown.
Bands, Saddle clubs, carriages, animals, clowns and floats will wind from down the streets of Kansas City. Bring the whole family to see the parade and join in the fun celebration. Or watch the Parade live on KMBC-TV9.
Also at the American Royal Complex this weekend is the Arabian Horse Spectacular. The show will be from 6-9PM on the 29th and 30th and costs $10 per person.
The show features these beautiful horses in competition for awards in Native Costume, English and western attire. The highlight is the Liberty class where horses are individually turned loose in the arena to strut their stuff to music and the cheers of the crowd.
